JD recommended and installed the Reme Halo LED and it has made a HUGE difference in the air quality in our home. I live in an older condo and odors transfer from our neighbor - she diffuses essential oils particularly eucalyptus. Diffusing essential oils emits VOC's into the air and the Reme helps clear our air and gives me peace of mind that our health is not being compromised. Very grateful to JD for all of his help!

Woodruff, SC Recently, I needed to have a complete replumbing job done! Of course, I was floored by the aspect of the undertaking. However, I knew that I to get the work completed. I called Tuck & Howell because of the work they did with my HVAC. I talked with the technician, James, who talk with me about options the company offered. He made sure that I understood the entire process, and the follow-up. As a result, I chose the company to complete the job. I am happy that I made the decision! The work was completed very professionally and in reasonable amount of time. They took away the garbage of old pipes and fittings. Afterwards, I was walked step-by-step through the completed work. I cannot believe the difference that this job has made! Hopefully, I won't need them any time soon! However, if I do, I won't hesitate to choose Tuck & Howell! Jesse was at my house the day after I called for an estimate for this job and Brock came the next week to move the unit for me. Both gentlemen were very courteous and thorough in their work. Tuck and Howell is everything you would want for great service on your HVAC system. I also have their maintenance plan which is very reasonably priced. Their office staff is friendly and very helpful in getting things organized as well. I highly recommend Tuck and Howell!

I recently had Kole Brown come to my house to inspect my HVAC system because I had not been able to get warm this winter. This young man found various problems and explained each and every to me. Kole returned and fixed the problems. He again explained what he had done and shared before and after pictures with me. After signing up for an annual maintenance on our air/ heating units, we found out that we were eligible for a complimentary yearly plumbing inspection. Hunter came last Friday and did a complete inspection of our home. He was prompt, very professional and very pleasant to deal with. Tuck and Howell's four-man crew of Jose, Oscar, Cole, and Brock removed my old Lennox system, and installed a Goodman 5-Ton heat pump, air handler, and return air plenum, in one day. I called Tuck & Howell because of the work they did with my HVAC. I talked with the technician, James, who talk with me about options the company offered. He made sure that I understood the entire process, and the follow-up. As a result, I chose the company to complete the job. I am happy that I made the decision! The work was completed very professionally and in reasonable amount of time. They took away the garbage of old pipes and fittings. Afterwards, I was walked step-by-step through the completed work. Tim responded within a couple hours, diagnosed the problem (recirculating pump), and provided an estimate of repair cost. He also suggested checking supply lines, which we could do ourselves. Due to incoming winter storm and supplier's weekend hours, Tim could not order part until Monday, but provided a second estimate based on my providing the needed part. Tim called on Monday to verify whether he needed to order the part; I had already done so, and it was to arrive by Wednesday, so tentative appointment was scheduled for Wednesday afternoon. Tim called Wednesday morning to confirm receipt (delivery had been delayed by storm), and called again after lunch (part had been received). He arrived as scheduled and completed the repair in just over an hour, and for the price quoted. In addition to Tim, I spoke to several other T&H team members regarding status and scheduling. We tried to change out a thermostat on our own but the heat wouldn’t come on afterwards. After trying everything we could think of we called Tuck & Howell and they sent 2 technicians, Tony and Tom, out the next day. They wore booties to protect the floor, and were very professional. They quickly figured out the problem and got our heat back up and running in no time. I highly recommend Tuck and Howell and if you are lucky you’ll get Tony and Tom.

UPDATE 1/29/26–With the cold weather the same issue I had a month ago came back and the house was 62° when I woke up. With potential snow this weekend I couldn’t wait. Tuck and Howell were able to get a tech to me that day AND work with my work schedule. The tech called before heading my way to let me know when he would arrive which allowed me time to walk the dogs. They also text a photo of your tech so you know who to expect which I really appreciated. Tyler went straight to work and while there were no major issues he let me know everything that he did. He was even kind enough to call my husband to relay everything directly to him as well. There is a reason this company has the number of glowing reviews they do. I know we won’t hesitate to call Tuck and Howell when we need our furnace or AC serviced, repaired or replaced. 12/15/25 While I was able to troubleshoot the issue I was having, I will say that the quick response to my online inquiry was awesome. I also received a phone call from Stacy following up. Having a business that is this responsive to customers and potential customers is rare and wonderful. It was a very positive and interesting experience. Technicians dispatched to my location were very professional and did an excellent job. I work at night and went to get something to eat and let them do the various tasks. Went to work with peace of mind knowing the job was to my satisfaction! Comfortable temperature was reached shortly after I got off shift and system had done its job. Again thanks to the 2 technicians for a job well !!
