Holden Graves is a great representative to your company. He explained and answered all my questions and was professional. We even went into tornado warnings and he stayed on site. I informed him he could have knocked on the door and I would have let him shelter in place while it passed over. Maybe inform your people that this is an option so you can keep them safe put there. Overall pleased with his evaluation of my system. Very through. Great work.
