I had an HVAC problem with my upstairs unit. I called Tuck and Howell and the next day they were at my home with two great employees, Josh and Connor. They went upstairs and identified a serious problem but gave me options. The unit is over 10 years old. I decided that I would replace it. Josh was very patient and helpful in answering my questions. He is extremely knowledgeable as was Connor. I reviewed my options and picked the best one for my home.
Two days later, two extremely conscientious installers, Mark and Dante, came to my home and installed my new system. They did not waste time and did an extremely thorough and excellent job in installing my system. Both of them were determined to do the job to my satisfaction. You are fortunate to have such good men like Josh, Connor, Mark and Dante. They represent what excellent service should be.

This company is worth the call! I got service from the receptionist all the way through to the sales and technician! Each person came with 17-30 years experience! Experience and taking there time to explain the issues we were having! They even took pictures to show us exactly what it looked like under are crawl space! My other service providers (that I had for over 10 years) just patched me up and kept right on taking my money. So the next time you need plumbing or ac give them a call! If you want the best service and product for your money! Tuck and Howell is it!

Been seeing their vans all over the place. And after 3 different estimates from 3 other companies, we decided to go with Tuck & Howell for a full zone replacement as our AC unit was old and blown out.
Bit of a late start, but Bryson, Daniel, Tom and 1 other who I totally forgot their name, all grinded away working till 8PM to get our system up and running. And it has been! As someone who works in the heat all day (not as hot as the conditions these guys are in), it’s nice to finally come home to some working AC again. Thank you guys for coming out.

We have been extremely pleased with Tuck & Howell. They were able to send a tech out to assess our HVAC issue and provide a quote the same day we called. Josh and Connor came out and were very courteous and knowledgeable. Josh was not pressuring us with options or warranties that we weren’t interested in.
Initially we were told there was no availability for 5 days to install a new HVAC system, but they ended up creating an opening for us next day! Justin did a great job with the install, keeping us informed throughout the process. They even put down a complimentary vapor barrier around the new furnace in the crawl space.
I would highly recommend using this family owned, local company for your home servicing needs; top notch customer service and very professional. They even sent us a token of thanks following our install. Tuck & Howell truly values their customers.

From my first conversation with Rhonda, to Owen coming out to try and fix our unit, Joey showing up explaining our options and patiently taking call and texts from me (my apologies I forgot his name) but the shop manager bringing and setting up portable units to finally Justin and Donnie showing up and installing our new unit. The whole experience with Tucker and Howell was fantastic! The professionalism and ability to address and correct our Cooling issues were top knotch!

Technician Kole Brown came out to do the yearly check on our HVAC system. He was extremely professional in his knowledge and clearly explained the upgrades he suggested. I discovered them through Facebook ads and recommendations from the subcontractor. They’re very friendly, and I appreciate that they text to confirm the address, time, and send a picture of the person who will be there before they arrive. I’m only familiar with routine maintenance at the moment, but I’m planning to use their services for plumbing and checking out the surge protector for my HVAC. I also like how their service is easy and convenient, but it’s also a good price compared to other companies. Communication is key, and they have a really good system for it. He was also out there and did a thorough inspection.
