The owner called me personally and had a technician available the same afternoon 👏 Even though I wasn’t a fit for the original offer, Jay still took the time to check my system and see if it was repairable. He was on time, very attentive, and explained the problem, solution, and maintenance clearly and patiently. Jay was personable, honest, and reliable—no high-pressure sales at all, which I truly appreciated. I’m very grateful and will absolutely be doing future business with Jay at Tuck and Howell. We had a great experience with Chandler and Holden from Tuck & Howell. They came out to our home in Simpsonville to give us a quote for blow-in insulation, ductwork, and a new AC system, and the entire process was professional and thorough from start to finish. They took the time to really assess our home, explain what they were seeing, and walk us through our options without any pressure. I appreciated how clearly they broke down the recommendations and answered all of our questions in a way that actually made sense. It felt like they genuinely cared about helping us make the right long-term decision rather than just selling us something. These people are the most considerate. From the receptionist to billing (Stacey and Sam) they made a frustrating scenario calm and took good care of me to the end. Adam and James are awesome took good care of the labor even despite cold weather

I recently had Kole Brown come to my house to inspect my HVAC system because I had not been able to get warm this winter. This young man found various problems and explained each and every to me. Kole returned and fixed the problems. He again explained what he had done and shared before and after pictures with me. Honestly one of the most delightful gentleman I have had contact with in a long time. He took care of my problems in such a professional manner. My house is nice and cozy and I am a happy woman. Tuck and Howell you are lucky to have this young man. Thank you Kole.
