Adam was wonderful and came to give us an estimate to run a gas line to install a natural gas stove. We thought the price is very fair and Adam will be doing the gas line installation. Tuck & Howell Company is very professional and are quick with service. I recommend them.

We tried to change out a thermostat on our own but the heat wouldn’t come on afterwards. After trying everything we could think of we called Tuck & Howell and they sent 2 technicians, Tony and Tom, out the next day. They wore booties to protect the floor, and were very professional. They quickly figured out the problem and got our heat back up and running in no time. I highly recommend Tuck and Howell and if you are lucky you’ll get Tony and Tom.

UPDATE 1/29/26–With the cold weather the same issue I had a month ago came back and the house was 62° when I woke up. With potential snow this weekend I couldn’t wait. Tuck and Howell were able to get a tech to me that day AND work with my work schedule. The tech called before heading my way to let me know when he would arrive which allowed me time to walk the dogs. They also text a photo of your tech so you know who to expect which I really appreciated. Tyler went straight to work and while there were no major issues he let me know everything that he did. He was even kind enough to call my husband to relay everything directly to him as well. There is a reason this company has the number of glowing reviews they do. I know we won’t hesitate to call Tuck and Howell when we need our furnace or AC serviced, repaired or replaced. 12/15/25 While I was able to troubleshoot the issue I was having, I will say that the quick response to my online inquiry was awesome. I also received a phone call from Stacy following up. Having a business that is this responsive to customers and potential customers is rare and wonderful. I will absolutely be calling in the future to give my business to Tuck & Howell. Thank you for having excellent customer service, care and support.

Friendly professional thorough

It was a very positive and interesting experience. Technicians dispatched to my location were very professional and did an excellent job. I work at night and went to get something to eat and let them do the various tasks. Went to work with peace of mind knowing the job was to my satisfaction! Comfortable temperature was reached shortly after I got off shift and system had done its job. Again thanks to the 2 technicians for a job well !! Everything from start to finish, was a well orchestrated 'Process'. Thanks to everyone involved. Ready to deal with this predicted frozen weather conditions.

Chandler and BJ arrived at the promised time and were courteous and knowledgeable. They explained so that I understood the problems with my HVAC system and gave me a reasonable quote for replacement. The installation was scheduled for the next day. I was treated as a valued customer. Hunter Longshore, Tom, and Dennis did the installation for me and arrived early, went straight to work and completed the job in record time. They cleaned up the work area and hauled away the old unit and its parts. Soon our home was warm again and we were very grateful customers. I recommend Tuck and Howell to all.
