Amazing! We were always hot the cooler never worked like it should . It’s was always on 68• I was still miserable. They came in knew what the problem was. When they were finished and we got home, for the first time in this home we were freezing. I don’t think our cooler has been lower than 70• since. They also said it would be finished in two days it was done in one day. They are busy sometimes the first visit takes a bit longer. I’m telling you it’s worth the wait, They are worth the money.

I would like to thank Holden and Hunter L. for the outstanding work they performed on our HVAC system. They were very polite and very professional and I will request them to do any work here as needed in the future.

Holden Graves helped us out from Tuck and Howell. I really appreciate how he was upfront and honest about what we really need to do to replace our system long term, but was able to get us a new capacitor and hard start kit to get us through the season, until we can replace the system.

Hector was dispatched to our home for some plumbing issues. He took out our garbage disposal, cleaned up our drain. Was in and out in less than 1.5hrs! He was friendly, informative and respectful. Thank you again tuck & Howell!

Been having decreased AC efficiency over 3 yrs. Had been using a guy I was confident in that couldn't figure it out. Called Call Dad and they recommended replacing the unit and after discounts and referrals they wanted 10,100$ to change out a 2 ton package unit, all electric. Jesse from Tuck and Howell was here about 15 minutes of asking me questions and diagnosing the unit and figured out what two other professionals couldnt. Turns out a animal, probably a cat, had torn up my duct work and the air was cooling my crawl space instead of the house. I highly recommend Tuck and Howell and in particular, Jesse. He is nice friendly and definately knowledgeable. 5 Stars!!

Our old ductwork, originally installed by Tuck and Howell in 1991, was overdue for replacement. After getting multiple quotes, we were won over by Tuck and Howell’s courteous staff and decided to return to them for duct replacement. The crew of Dennis, Tom and Hunter (along with their manager, Jesse) were prompt, efficient, and very patient with us as we tried to remedy a complex problem. Had an amazing experience with Tuck and Howell this week. My heating system was broken and needed to be replaced as it was old and making noise. They were able to come that day and gave me a fair quote to replace it. They were able to install a new HVAC the next day. The technicians were professional, knowledgeable, and polite. The system is working perfectly now. Diffusing essential oils emits VOC's into the air and the Reme helps clear our air and gives me peace of mind that our health is not being compromised. Very grateful to JD for all of his help!

Woodruff, SC Recently, I needed to have a complete replumbing job done! Of course, I was floored by the aspect of the undertaking. However, I knew that I to get the work completed. I called Tuck & Howell because of the work they did with my HVAC. I talked with the technician, James, who talk with me about options the company offered. He made sure that I understood the entire process, and the follow-up. As a result, I chose the company to complete the job. I am happy that I made the decision! I recently had Kole Brown come to my house to inspect my HVAC system because I had not been able to get warm this winter. This young man found various problems and explained each and every to me. Kole returned and fixed the problems. He again explained what he had done and shared before and after pictures with me. Honestly one of the most delightful gentleman I have had contact with in a long time. He took care of my problems in such a professional manner. My house is nice and cozy and I am a happy woman. They also installed a new shower head and rain shower head. Jim and Hunter were wonderful technicians and always kept me in the loop with what was going on. Their attention to detail and craftsmanship is second to none. Will be referring this group to friends and family for future projects.

It was perfect timing, because I hadn't had a chance to reschedule. We rescheduled on the spot. On the day of the appointment our tech was extremely responsive. After signing up for an annual maintenance on our air/ heating units, we found out that we were eligible for a complimentary yearly plumbing inspection. Hunter came last Friday and did a complete inspection of our home. He was prompt, very professional and very pleasant to deal with. He took the time to show us some of his concerns and to make reasonable recommendations. We will highly recommend tuck and Howell and especially Hunter.

Tuck and Howell's four-man crew of Jose, Oscar, Cole, and Brock removed my old Lennox system, and installed a Goodman 5-Ton heat pump, air handler, and return air plenum, in one day. They were hard-working, polite, and efficient. I am a very satisfied customer and I highly recommend their services.

Adam was wonderful and came to give us an estimate to run a gas line to install a natural gas stove. We thought the price is very fair and Adam will be doing the gas line installation. Tuck & Howell Company is very professional and are quick with service. I recommend them.

Woodruff, SC Recently, I needed to have a complete replumbing job done! Of course, I was floored by the aspect of the undertaking. However, I knew that I to get the work completed. I called Tuck & Howell because of the work they did with my HVAC. I talked with the technician, James, who talk with me about options the company offered. He made sure that I understood the entire process, and the follow-up. As a result, I chose the company to complete the job. I am happy that I made the decision! The work was completed very professionally and in reasonable amount of time. They took away the garbage of old pipes and fittings. Afterwards, I was walked step-by-step through the completed work. I cannot believe the difference that this job has made! Hopefully, I won't need them any time soon! However, if I do, I won't hesitate to choose Tuck & Howell! It feels great to get my money's worth.

J.D. recommended and installed the Remi Halo LED for me and it has made a huge difference in my home air quality! I live in a condo and get strong odors from my neighbor that likes to diffuse essential oils. The Remi Halo LED literally removes those horrible strong odors and irritants that can be dangerous to my health. I can't thank J.D. enough - excellent, excellent job!!
