My service with Tuck & Howell was amazing from start to finish. When my a/c went out, they had someone scheduled to come out first thing the next morning. BJ, the tech that showed up, was AMAZING! He got my system working in no time (despite it being from 1988!) and filled me in on issues he saw and ones I might experience in the future. I appreciated his honesty and forthcomingness.

I decided to get a new a/c system and Joey helped me out with that. He did a thorough investigation of my system and came to me with a variety of offers. Once again, his honesty made me super comfortable with choosing a system and spending that kind of money. (Tuck and Howell have great financing options!)

When it came to installing my system, Tom and Brycen were great. Brycen stayed long into the evening to troubleshoot diagnostic issues, keeping me updated on the issues while he worked through them. I appreciated him staying to get my new system up and working so I could have a/c again.

If you’re tired of feeling like companies are pulling the wool over your eyes or extorting you due to your lack of knowledge on a topic, then you need to trust and go with Tuck & Howell. I would trust them again in the future.

Although my ac issue was not as simple as I’d hoped, Holden was fabulous from start to finish and Josh was wonderful in finding a solution to a costly procedure that totally suited my budget. I’ve used Tuck and Howell for years and whilst I hope I don’t need to use them again any time soon, if I need to I definitely will.

He was very knowledgeable and explained the problem thoroughly. He gave us options for solutions so we could decide what would fit into our budget this visit. I had my AC unit replaced in June 2026 after my old system stopped cooling properly. Nathan took the time to explain to me my options and what I really needed with a software tool he had. The installation was completed in one day, and they cleaned up thoroughly afterward. The new system works great and cools the house much more efficiently. I would recommend them for HVAC replacement

We recently had a new air conditioner put in. We’ve had a good experience with the company and we’ve been happy with them. Brock came out to check on the quality of the work, it was about two weeks after the unit was put in to make sure that it was working properly. He was extremely personable, knowledgeable, knew how to answer all our questions and concerns. He is perfect for the job he does and his role with the company. Also, I’ve talked a couple of times with the manager Jeff, he was great with customer service. My husband and I feel it’s a quality company and we’re very happy to use them.

The young man from Tuck & Howell Heating & Air did an excellent job checking my unit~! One issue other the scheduling problem was the posted ad online showed the technician cleaning and checking the inside of the unit, that was one reason I called. I was informed the special did not cover the total inside and out service. The technician did check my complete unit and gave me some very good advice on maintaining the unit. The tech saved the day~!

The compressor on our three year old Carrier heat pump shorted out during a heat wave. Tuck and Howell quickly sent an expert technician out, who immediately diagnosed the problem and ordered the part (not in stock). Tuck and Howell is great. Carrier, not so much.

Bryson and partner did a very good job installing and setting up new heat pump and hvac system. Very diligent, knowledgeable, very patient and professional. A few hiccups with payment and breaker but it was handled very well. Happy with the job. A job well done

I had a gas leak, which another plumbing company didn't fully diagnose and therefore misquoted by a lot. I called Tuck & Howell for a second opinion. Jim Huntington was able to properly diagnose the leaks in the connection points (not the hoses) and fix them quickly and economically. Hector was here a few months ago to work on my shower and two toilets and was also great! I will trust Tuck & Howell for all gas and water plumbing needs from here on out!

My wife and I want to thank Technician JD Dytko for going above and beyond on 2 separate occasions to insure our AC repairs were completed thoroughly and in a timely manner. First, JD made an emergency trip to our residence after business hours on a Saturday evening. He made a thorough assessment of what steps needed to be completed to get our AC operational. He then came and completed the work after normal business hours on the following Tuesday pm to insure we met deadlines. Everyone we interacted with at Tuck and Howell was extremely professional and caring. We highly recommend them!

I think you find out a lot about a company when an experience doesn't go exactly the way you thought it should. My first visit there was confusion about my order being for a tune up and I sent them away not wanting my units just looked over. The office contacted me and worked hard to rebuild my trust and earn my business. They were on time and did a great job and I'll definitely use them again when needed

Called yesterday they came today in the time window that was scheduled. They sent out JD it took him no time to diagnose the problem and get the house back to cooling. Communication was great, very professional and efficient no time wasted.

Holden came out to do a check up on my HVAC system and offered several options to help maintain it over time. He was both knowledgeable and friendly and couldn’t have been more thorough.

My wife and I came home yesterday to water flowing out of our garage due to a broken hot water heater/tank. Not sure that my first review went through. So here I go again. We had a great experience first with Chandler and Kevin who came out within hours of a phone call to tuck and Howell about our malfunctioning air conditioning. This was followed by Justin and Bryson who came out 2 days later to replace the one airconditioning unit that had died. They were extremely professional and I was super pleased on how they navigated the need to get the new bigger until into the old space without creating a landscaping nightmare. They were here for over 9 hours and were just as pleasant to deal with hour 1 as they were hour 9. And this was on a holiday Friday! Thanks so much team. Tuck and Howell have been amazing partners for the past 10 years and we continue to give them 5 stars!

With zero damage to my property. It's like they were never there except I have a great new system. They were all very polite young men - very professional. This past week Hector from Tuck & Howell came to our home to perform routine maintenance on our tankless water heater. His experience and expertise exceeded our expectations. He serviced our unit and made adjustments to improve performance. We first met Hector shortly after Tuck & Howell started offering plumbing services. He came on a service call because we were having intermittent problems with the tankless hot water heater, a previous plumbing company had been unable to solve. Tom and Bryson were awesome! They came in and fixed two fans in the bathrooms and created soffit for ventilation! They rock!!

Our technician, Holden Graves was great. He explained everything he was going to do. He was professional, courteous and very easy to work with.

He had a new hvac system installed today. Bryson, Juan and Maddox were here for the install. We have been happy with the install and the company. Everyone has been great. Kevin and Nathan have so much knowledge to share. Bryson and Juan were able to fill in the rest of the questions I had as they installed the unit. My wife has called the office several times and she has nothing but good things to say about the women who answered the phone.

Kole was prompt, efficient, professional and friendly. While servicing my cooling system he noticed a small issue and suggested some options on how to fix it. Before leaving he cleaned up any residue from the attic that had dropped on the floor and cleaned up around the air conditioning unit. I would highly recommend him for any issues you have.

Jesse and Nathan were at our residence to do a AC inspection, that was much needed! Jesse did excellent work on the clean up/build up of debris and gunk that breaks down your home system. Just in a nick of time, all before the seasons heat kicks in. We shouldn't have any worries for a good while but to be certain we got the AC and plumbing service. Thanks to their full inspection, a plumbing leak was spotted in our crawl space. One of the pipes were quickly repaired by the plumbing service also offered. They called and scheduled service and the plumber was here in a matter of minutes. These guys were professional and efficient. I'm sorry to say Jesse had to spend the day cleaning our two separate systems but as I mentioned before, excellent work takes time in most cases. If your home HVAC System is older, you possibly want to consider giving these guys a call to do a scheduled check up.

We were having an odor problem from the plumbing in our new home. After 5 months with no resolution from the contractor we called Jeff with Tuck & Howell. The technician who came out, Adam, figured out what the issue was and fixed it. This was something that the contractor's technicians couldn't figure out after multiple visits. We are very pleased we were in contact with Tuck & Howell - no wonder they have been around for over 60 years.

Install day! Cole D. and Blane showed up promptly at 8am. They quickly got to work removing the old HVAC unit in the attic and prepared the new system for installation. Then, Brock, Justin and Donnie showed up to push things across the finish line. The temperature in the attic easily reached 98+ degrees and they never stopped working. The courtesy, professionalism and competence was on display all day. The team at Tuck & Howell is truly unmatched. Incredible experience from start to finish!

Super fast and friendly service.

I called late Sunday afternoon and they were at my house in an hour. The service technician was great and very knowledgeable. Found the problem right away and fixed it. Stayed to make sure everything reconnected properly to the internet and stayed to make sure everything worked perfectly. Great experience would highly recommend.

On time, professional, no big sales pitches or gimmicks. Just honest straight facts and saved us money. Super friendly and cared about keeping the house clean with booties on their shoes. I like the way I received texts of their pictures as well as a short bio so you knew a little about the technician before they arrived. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs air conditioner maintenance.

I had purchased a new thermostat for my home and couldn’t get my A/C system to work once I had it installed. This morning contacted Tuck & Howell at 6:45 AM and had Jesse Seger, your technician, in my front yard at 11:00 AM ready to go to work. Jesse correctly diagnosed the problem once I told him what I had done.He corrected my mistake and reprogrammed my thermostat to make it work properly and showed me features I didn’t know about. He also explained a new annual maintenance program works which we then signed up for. We've been using Tuck and Howell for many, many years. The service techs are very knowledgeable and always pleasent to work with. Today May 11th, Hector came and did yearly service on plumbing. He was through, kind mannerism. Checked and cleaned my bathroom sink that was causing me problems lately and suggested what needs to be done if we should sell the home on our hot water heater.
