Update 5/23/26 Jose & Oscar Installed a Goodman cooling system today. They were both prepared to do an amazing job even in the pouring rain. They explained & showed me what the job entailed and kept me updated all along. Also, while we were out of A/C, the company provided window units to keep us cool. Thank you for a job well done. Also, Chandler for selling me on the company, products and service. The nice people who answer the phones, etc. Highly recommend Tuck & Howell Plumbing, Heating & Air. Jesse and Nathan were at our residence to do a AC inspection, that was much needed! Jesse did excellent work on the clean up/build up of debris and gunk that breaks down your home system. Just in a nick of time, all before the seasons heat kicks in. We shouldn't have any worries for a good while but to be certain we got the AC and plumbing service. Thanks to their full inspection, a plumbing leak was spotted in our crawl space. One of the pipes were quickly repaired by the plumbing service also offered. They called and scheduled service and the plumber was here in a matter of minutes. These guys were professional and efficient. I'm sorry to say Jesse had to spend the day cleaning our two separate systems but as I mentioned before, excellent work takes time in most cases. If your home HVAC System is older, you possibly want to consider giving these guys a call to do a scheduled check up.

We were having an odor problem from the plumbing in our new home. After 5 months with no resolution from the contractor we called Jeff with Tuck & Howell. The technician who came out, Adam, figured out what the issue was and fixed it. This was something that the contractor's technicians couldn't figure out after multiple visits. We are very pleased we were in contact with Tuck & Howell - no wonder they have been around for over 60 years.

Install day! Cole D. and Blane showed up promptly at 8am. They quickly got to work removing the old HVAC unit in the attic and prepared the new system for installation. Then, Brock, Justin and Donnie showed up to push things across the finish line. The temperature in the attic easily reached 98+ degrees and they never stopped working. The courtesy, professionalism and competence was on display all day. The team at Tuck & Howell is truly unmatched. Incredible experience from start to finish!

Super fast and friendly service.

I called late Sunday afternoon and they were at my house in an hour. The service technician was great and very knowledgeable. Found the problem right away and fixed it. Stayed to make sure everything reconnected properly to the internet and stayed to make sure everything worked perfectly. Great experience would highly recommend.

On time, professional, no big sales pitches or gimmicks. Just honest straight facts and saved us money. Super friendly and cared about keeping the house clean with booties on their shoes. I like the way I received texts of their pictures as well as a short bio so you knew a little about the technician before they arrived. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs air conditioner maintenance.

I had purchased a new thermostat for my home and couldn’t get my A/C system to work once I had it installed. This morning contacted Tuck & Howell at 6:45 AM and had Jesse Seger, your technician, in my front yard at 11:00 AM ready to go to work. Jesse correctly diagnosed the problem once I told him what I had done.He corrected my mistake and reprogrammed my thermostat to make it work properly and showed me features I didn’t know about. He also explained a new annual maintenance program works which we then signed up for. This is the third time we have used the services of Tuck & Howell this year and have been extremely impressed with your service and the quality and professionalism of your staff. Mike Doherty

We've been using Tuck and Howell for many, many years. The service techs are very knowledgeable and always pleasent to work with. Today May 11th, Hector came and did yearly service on plumbing. He was through, kind mannerism. Checked and cleaned my bathroom sink that was causing me problems lately and suggested what needs to be done if we should sell the home on our hot water heater.

Minor plumbing rework which came out better than the original. The job was done fast and good, very happy.

They have been such a dream since moving to Greenville, we had an emergency replacement of out heating and cooling, they were fast, communicative, and very professional. We enjoyed them so much we are using them again for our plumbing project!!

Awesome experience!

Kole did a system tune up on the heating system and then fixed the AC which wasn't working and would trip the breaker when we tried to run the AC. Ended up having to replace the compressor. Luckily it was 2 days inside the warranty. Kole took immediate action to get the unit replaced within the warranty saving me hundreds in additional costs. Kole was very easy to work with and answered all of my questions and concerns.

I just want to send SUPER praises to Tuck & Howell and their crew. I had a plumbing issue and was getting quoted ridiculous prices for half the work that was done. Will was the technician that came out to help, and he was exceptional,***** he walked me step by step through the process, provided estimates that were within my budget and when it was time for the job to start, he came on time with Timmy and Adam and they were all great. Technician was very courteous and thorough while diagnosing an issue I had with the air conditioning. Turns out the compressor failed and it was four days from the end of the warranty. The tecs swift action probably saved me hundreds.

Holden came to work on several problems we have had with our AC unit. He fixed them all, some of which were there since we bought our house in 2022. He explained everything in detail and what he did as well as operational procedures we may have to undertake in order to keep it running efficiently and how to save $$$ on our heating and air bill and breathe cleaner air. He kept us informed of everything along the way and contacted us every day he was coming out as well as obstacles that may have needed to be overcome. We live close and since we moved here from Simpsonville in June of 2023 (6 months after buying the house), we were looking for a reputable heating and air company and we believe we found it. Also, thanks goes out to Ben and the dispatchers at Tuck & Howell as well as Holden’s assistant one day, Braylon. Our 20 year old daughter who is away at school is especially excited to come and meet Marvin & Margaret so we’ll be seeing you soon!

Amazing! We were always hot the cooler never worked like it should . It’s was always on 68• I was still miserable. They came in knew what the problem was. When they were finished and we got home, for the first time in this home we were freezing. I don’t think our cooler has been lower than 70• since. They also said it would be finished in two days it was done in one day. They are busy sometimes the first visit takes a bit longer. I’m telling you it’s worth the wait, They are worth the money.

I would like to thank Holden and Hunter L. for the outstanding work they performed on our HVAC system. They were very polite and very professional and I will request them to do any work here as needed in the future.
