We needed him to locate and replace a UVC Bulb in our Air Purification unit attached to the HVAC System. He completed a thorough inspection of our entire system, located and assessed our problem. Jesse spent time explaining his findings, he proposed a plan of action answering all questions in a very professional easily understood manor to both my wife and me. It was an easy decision to agree to sign the work order for repairs to be completed!

I have to say that I have never experienced such a high level of service from a company! Would ten out of ten recommend this company! My service technician was Chris Satterfield and he made an after hours trip to help me out! He was polite, diagnosed the plumbing issue and helped point me in the right direction to get the issue resolved with my sprinkler company! Thank you and would definitely give ten stars if ratings went that high!

Very impressed with everyone at Tuck & Howell. I initially called Waldrip. Their guy told me my HVAC reversing valve was bad and it would cost right at $7,000 to fix. Enter Tyler from Tuck & Howell and all it ended up being was a bad solenoid. Saved me almost $7,000! Got a customer for life now. Many thanks!!

This morning I called Tuck and Howell to make an emergency HVAC repair appointment. Despite all time slots on the 'book online' feature being filled, they were able to make room for me. Our technician, Owen B., arrived on time and he clearly knew what he was doing. He diagnosed our issues, gave us a few quotes, and then saved our lives by applying the necessary fixes to our outdoor AC unit. He also gave high level answers to all of our questions, which is a great indicator of his experience and knowledge. Tuck and Howell should hold Owen close, he did a stellar job.
HVAC repairs are quite expensive, but I feel with Tuck and Howell, I will not need repairs often. Shout out to our tech, Owen B. You're good at what you do, thank you!

I couldn’t have been more satisfied with the service I received. They came within hours of my call. I was in a bind with a unit not working and a home showing scheduled for the next day. The technician, JD, was courteous, professional and within a short time was able to diagnose my multiple problems. The two items were also not only available but on his trunk. He immediately began repairing and replacing in the boiling temperature outside heat and with trips into my hot attic. While waiting to confirm the problems were fixed he checked and cleaned my other three units without being ask. His supervisor joined him and was just as kind and professional.
The charges were reasonable, especially since I wasn’t needing to replace an entire unit.
I would recommend them to anyone needing an AC repair.

This company is worth the call! I got excellent service from the receptionist all the way through to the sales (Chris and Josh. Jim was our technician for plumbing. Each person came with 17-30 years experience! Experience and taking there time to explain the issues we were having! They even took pictures to show us exactly what it looked like under are crawl space! My other service providers (that I had for over 10 years) just patched me up and kept right on taking my money. So the next time you need plumbing or AC/Heat give them a call! If you want the best service and product for your money! Tuck and Howell is it!
